Started to its activities as a natural person in 1990 and incorporated on 03/01/1992, our firm continues its business as a legal entity in Ankara since its registration with the Ankara Chamber of Commerce.
As a family company, the history of our Company reveals, since its foundation, only a single change in its shareholding structure which results in the withdrawal of Nilgün Güler, the second shareholder of the Company, with the amendment made in the Turkish Commercial Code that allows for the establishment of Limited Companies with a sole shareholder and since then, the sole shareholder of the Company, Tayfun Güler, acts as both the Company Manager and the sole exclusive of the Company.
Despite conducting production and wholesale activities in Home Textiles before and after its incorporation, our Company has begun to mainly focus on the field of Public Supplying as of 1998, and since 1999, it has been undertaking only the Public Supplying activities rather than market sales and services.
With its expert and experienced staff in this respect, our Company aims to provide sectorial services for the needs of Administrative Units under the Ministry of National Defense / Turkish Police Force, Gendarmerie General Command and the Turkish Standards Institute in such subject matters as Industrial Chemicals, Laboratory Chemicals, Laboratory Instruments and Systems, Power Systems, Aircraft Spares, etc.
One of the other departments in our company continues to provide services in the fields of Computer, Software, Network and also in Real Estate Investment Consulting.
We aim to reflect on our work the expertise that we gained in the fields of activity which we serve by virtue of our experience, and provide a complete, accurate and high-quality service.
On the other hand, our goal is to ensure the production of new and useful products, which we will achieve through R&D, for the Institutions and Contracting Entities that we serve with Industrial Chemicals in the sectorial fields that we operate.
